Most medical supply orders ship the next business day from the New York warehouse. Select products will be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer. Most lift chairs not marked as "Quick Ship" will take 5-7 business days for shipment. Products marked as "Quick Ship" are kept in stock most of the time in the most popular configurations. In general, U.S. Medical Supplies offers a 10 day window for returning products after they have been delivered. Custmer Service must be contacted for return authorization code.
