Return Policy:
Once a authorized MAGIX customer service representative has determined that the product is defective, MAGIX will send you a Letter of Software Removal form and a RMA number. The form must be completed and returned together with the contents of the program package. The return must be boxed for shipping to MAGIX. A refund must be authorized for return within 30 days of purchase. MAGIX will only accept returns or exchange of products purchased directly from the MAGIX shop. Products and services purchased from other retails must be returned to the source from which they were purchased and are subject to the return policies of those retailers.
